Available in 1 1/2″  ($25) and 3/4″ ($10) sizes, the submersible pump is used to pump water, via suction at the bottom of the pump, from one location to another.  It is usually used to empty water from pools.  It pumps 50 GPM at 20 psi.  120 VAC.
