FABRICATION

THE SHOP:

Full Scale has over 15,000 square feet of usable fabrication space. We have almost any type of fabrication equipment needed due to the wide range of jobs we are asked to do. The main shop areas are the electronics room, machine shop, welding shop, and wood/mold shop. We also have various space for pre-production planning and operations, including 2 conference rooms as well as an editing suite for filming all of our tests. Our capabilities are not only limited to mechanical props but we also fabricate our own line of special effects equipment. We can build any size and style of air moving equipment, fog effect equipment and hydrolic device. Below is a list of the various equipment that we have in order to complete the task.

MAXIEM Water Jet, 5′ x 10′ table, 20 HP pump @ 50,000 PSI, capable of cutting almost any material
